LAYAWAY PROGRAM POLICY:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY:
LAYAWAYS:
Dirty South Poles, Inc. Is now allowing customers to participate in the layaway program.
Layaways will only be available for poles over the price amount of $285.00 ( Stages not included at this time).
Payments will be broken up into 6 payments installments, which will be due every other Friday commencing your first initial down payment.
Down Payment will be total Pole Price divided into 6 payments, that amount plus the $10.00 will be your down Payment.
For this service Dirty South Poles, Inc. Will be charging an additional $10.00 to customers per payment installment.
Customer is allowed to payoff the balance at anytime with out being charged the additional $10.00 service fee PER PAYMENT.
Customers First Down payment amount will include the $10.00 Service fee.
If payment is not paid by the Due Date listed on agreement and Additional $5.00 will be added to your account.
If customer does not pay within 3 days of scheduled payment date, your layaway will be cancelled and YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A
REFUND. If we send you a cancellation email and you wish to reinstate your layaway , please be aware that there we will a nonrefundable
$25.00 fee added to your account.
In the Event customer wishes to cancel their layaway, all monies will be refunded MINUS the $10.00 service fees & $5.00 late Fees that
customer have paid in.
CANCELLATIONS NOTICES MUST BE GIVEN BEFORE THE CUSTOMERS NEXT SCHEDULED DUE DATE, NOT AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS
MISSED THEIR SCHEDULED PAYMENT DATE.
Please Note that Layaway Program is only available for customers within the UNITED STATES.
If you wish to participate in the layaway program simply select which pole you would like to place on Lay A Way and you will be directed to the
Secure Google Check Out for which will prompt you make a payment
No Discounts, Promos, Special Offers or Refunds can be issued or Discounted on Layaways.
Layaways are for Full Original Pole Price, and Shipping is included in Price of Pole.
Customers will Receive A Free Bottle of Mighty Grip when Pole is Shipped.
Once Customer has completely paid off their Layaway, Pole will be shipped within 7-15 Business Days.
If Customer needs an extension to make payments, please just email us, we will be more than happy to work with you. We would rather work
with you so that you can enjoy our Product, than you to go without!

It is the Customers Responsibly to submit his/her payments, Every other Friday customer is to make payment his/her payments by clicking on
