1 Year Limited Warranty
Your Pole that is purchased through www.Hardcorepoles.com & www.Stinkiepinkie.com is warranted against
manufacturer defects (not including normal wear and tear) for a period of 1 year and defective parts may be
returned for replacement of the same part only. Dirty South Poles, Inc. Is not responsible for incidental or
consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our stage and or poles or its user in any way.
Dirty South Poles, is not responsible for misuse or abuse by the purchaser and will not replace parts nor be
responsible for any liability attributable to the use or misuse of the product.
If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, this Hardcorepoles.com or Stinkiepinkie.com dance pole
fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Dirty South Poles, Inc. Will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace
the pole free of charge. This warranty applies only to the dance pole itself, not accessories. This Limited Warranty
does not include normal wear and tear, i.e. scratches/finish. Dirty South Poles, Inc, is not responsible for the
misuse or improper installation of the www.Hardcorepoles.com or www.Stinkiepinkie.com dance pole. Replacement
parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder
of this limited warranty, whichever is longer.
**WE DO NOT OFFER A WARRANTY NOR GUARANTEE OR STAND BEHIND ANY PRODUCT THAT A CUSTOMER HAS
REQUESTED FOR US TO ALTER FROM OUR ORIGINAL DESIGN. NOR OFFER A WARRANTY ON ANY CUSTOM
FABRICATED SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCT A CUSTOMER HAS REQUESTED FOR DIRTY SOUTH POLES, INC TO FABRICATE
FOR THEM THAT IS NOT IN DIRTY SOUTH POLES, INC PRODUCT LINE. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT DIRTY SOUTH
POLES, INC CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE OR LIABLE for ANY incidental or consequential damages OR
LOSSES, resulting FROM A PRODUCTS OR DESIGN THAT ANY AFFILIATE SUBMITS TO DIRTY SOUTH POLES, INC
ON THE BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER. NOR WILL ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS BE ACCEPTED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
ADDITIONALLY, ANY CUSTOMER WHO ORDERS ANY DANCE POLES OVER THE HEIGHT OF 10FT AND ALTERS THE
DESIGN OR DOES NOT WISH FOR DIRTY SOUTH POLES, INC TO HAVE THE NEEDED & REQUIRED STEEL INSERTS
NEEDED FOR STABILITY FOR FLEXING, DIRTY SOUTH POLES, INC CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BEHELD ACCOUNTABLE OR
LIABLE for ANY incidental or consequential damages OR LOSSES AS A RESULT OF CUSTOMER JUST
TRYING TO SAVE A BUCK. SAFETY SHOULD ALWAYS BE YOUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN, NOT YOUR
BANK ACCOUNT.
Will I get Instructions on How to Install my Pole when my Pole Arrives?
No, You will not. For Installation Instructions simply go to our Installations page here on our Site. Installation is
quick and simple. Please note, there is no hardware that is shipped with your dance pole, if you have ordered a
Removable pole ( some people ask?)
Do you ever offer Special Promotions or Sale's on your items?
ALWAYS! We always have a special going. If you would like for us to Customize a Package Deal for you that is not
listed on our site, all you have to do is simply state what you would like in the package ( pole type, Pole Heights,
Customizations, etc.) and submit your email to sales@hardcorepoles.com and we will get back with you with in 24
hours.
Do you offer an Affiliates Program:
Yes we do, all affiliates will receive 15% commission on all Sales minus shipping cost. For more information please

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?
Please note that each pole is custom cut and made per order. There are no refunds or returns on any of the
Spinning, Hot Pink, or Custom flamed or any Punk Rock,Or Brass Collection Dance Pole. Please Note that any Pink
or Flamed or Custom Colored Dance Poles can take up to 45 Days to ship, Due to the Fact each of these are done
by hand, therefore making then non refundable. If your pole is damaged through delivery we will replace it but
will not refund it seeing as this is not our error, please see section on damaged dance poles & the proper
procedure.

Expected Delivery Time:
Dirty South Poles, Inc reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason and at anytime.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIME BUT WILL DO OUR BEST TO SHIP QUICKLY.
Please try to remember that each Dance Pole is Custom Cut to Order, and each Colored or Flamed or Special Order
Dance Pole or Stage is a Custom Order an can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Dirty South Poles, Inc is not responsible for any consequential losses due to non shipment or damaged packages,
however we will replace any damaged parts at our expense.
What Happens If I receive My Pole and it is Damaged?
If you receive your pole and it has been damaged through shipping. First and Most important thing for you to do,
is to take pictures immediately of the packaging and then of your pole. Next you will need to contact Customer
Service at
678-558-4842.We will then contact Fedex to issue a pick up tag. You must call the day that it is delivered.
Once you have been issued a call tag, you will need to return the product in the original packaging, Next in order
for Dirty South Poles, Inc to replace your product you must submit the damaged photos to us via email so that we
may submit it to the claim. I can not tell you how long it will take for fedex to finish their claim process, but Only
once the claim is completed and it is approved then will be reship you out a replacement of your damaged
product.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding fraudulent credit card use. Our aggressive stance towards Internet
fraud is the only way we can keep our losses to a minimum and continue to serve our loyal customers. We will
report all attempts at fraud to the FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center (https://www.ifccfbi.gov/), and local
authorities will be alerted.
This also includes on Customers who try to file false claims through the google check out system and through fedex.
